Atún, empanada de

EMPANADA DE ATUN 

 Puede comprar la masa preparada, ya sea en su panadería (la venden en una bolsita) o en el supermercado marca FILLO, hay otra marca, lista para usar, sin hornear, esta es la más utilizada. Instrucciones:
preparar para 4: una masa para empanada, 300g de atun en aceite, una cebolla, 2 pimientos rojos, 2 huevos duros, un huevo,  200g de tomate frito, sal, aceite de oliva.
picar la cebolla y echarla en una sarten con un chorro de aceite. dejar 1 minuto a fuego medio. añadir los pimientos picados. acabar el sofrito y añadir el tomate frito. dejar 5 minutos a fuego lento. salpimentar. escurrir el atun. echar el atun desmigado y los huevos duros cortados en trozos pequeños en la sarten fuera del fuego. mezclar y reservar. poner un papel vegetal encima de la placa del horno. poner encima la masa. cubrir la mitad de la masa con el relleno. doblar y sellar la masa. formar una chimenea. pintar la masa con un huevo batido con la ayuda de un pincel. poner al horno durante unos 30 minutos a 180 grados.
